“Mike was great, needed Sunday repair and he was with us in about an hour. Diagnosis of my Cummins 5.9 found issue with injection system. He ran to the parts store and brought back the injector. Installed in short order and got the Ram running again. Thanks Mike.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Mike is a true expert at his craft. I had him install a Reese 5th airborne sidewinder kingpin on my old 2000 fifth wheel. We ran into a couple hurdles because my fifth wheel is so old and most mechanics would have simply said sorry this isn’t compatible. Mike was patient and creative and fabricated a way to make it all work. I was super impressed how calm he was through the challenges he encountered and how he managed to overcome them. I feel like Mike is a rare find and will definitely be keeping his number for any mechanical needs in the future. He also did an exterior inspection of my fifth wheel and his price was very reasonable considering the time and effort it took to complete the job.”

“Angel on the Interstate
My 35 foot rig, with an exhaust pipe dangling inches from the pavement and a damaged drivetrain, was about to lay down and die (all consequential to an ice-hardened snowbank refusing to give way when the rig clipped it in jam-packed rush hour traffic with NO shoulder nor suitable exit available). My family called “the mechanic without limits, borders or conditions” the rig doctor of Michigan, Michael Gilmore. This polite and well-spoken truck medic showed up. The weather could not have been nastier but Gilmore was not deterred and set about to repair the damaged rig. His diagnostic explanations were articulate and instructive and even offered solid advice. He was our best Christmas gift! I cannot praise this man enough; he cared for us while we were down for repairs bringing a heater and good cheer. Bad things may have darkened our holiday; Michael would not let that happen. Fast, articulate, competent and surely well trained, Rapid Truck and Trailer Repair will be a contact of the first order.”

“My truck broke down sunday night after hours so I called rapid repair and it was the best decision I've ever made. The tech mike didn't charge me any crazy after hour fee and he fixed the issue on my 2013 cascadia within in 15 min. Any other place would have charged me thousands of dollars with tow fees and labor. I urge you to get all your repairs from rapid repair”

“The service was incredible. He arrived 2:00 a.m. prepared and knowledgeable, 30 minutes he replaced the inside tire of the dual tires on the motor home. The was the fourth service contacted and able to perform the service. This was a special service as he stopped four hours earlier and offered his assistance. Great service great person to work with.
